Sac Business Launch
Terms of Service
Sac Business Launch provides administrative California LLC filing support and digital storefront services for founders in Sacramento and Northern California (NorCal). We are not a law firm.
Last updated September 22, 2026
We are not a law firm, and we are not your attorney or CPA. Sac Business Launch provides administrative filing services and digital marketing infrastructure. Nothing on this site, on a Local Business Launch Audit, or in a package is legal, tax, or accounting advice. Use of this site is subject to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Agreement
These terms govern your use of sacbusinesslaunch.com and the services Sac Business Launch sells. By using the site, booking a Free Local Business Launch Audit, or paying for a package, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you buy a package for a business, you confirm that you have authority to agree on its behalf. We may refuse or cancel an order if the information you provide is incomplete, inaccurate, or for a service we do not offer.
Services
We help founders in Sacramento and Northern California (NorCal) take an offer from an idea to a filed California LLC path and, when you choose it, a live digital storefront. The current public offers are:
- Local Business Launch Audit. A free 30-minute session to pressure-test your offer and business name and to recommend a next step. There is no obligation to buy.
- Official Launch — $499. A done-for-you California LLC path: Articles of Organization (the SOS Articles of Organization filing fee (~$70) is included in the package price), EIN path guidance and setup support, a standard California operating agreement customized with your LLC details, an execution kickoff, and a 30-day check-in.
- Digital Storefront — $1,999. Everything in Official Launch, plus a lead-generation website, brand and logo direction as scoped, calendar and lead-capture setup, Google Business Profile setup support, and professional email setup.
Package details on the pricing section of the site describe what is included at the time you pay. Work outside that scope — extra pages, ad management, bookkeeping, registered-agent service, or a custom legal document — is included only if we agree to it in writing.
California processing times vary. We submit paperwork promptly after kickoff and after you give us the details a filing needs. We do not control how long the state takes to accept a filing.
If the California Secretary of State rejects an LLC filing because of an administrative error on our part, we will correct it promptly (our published target is within 24 hours of learning of the rejection) and we will cover additional state refiling fees caused by that error.
For Digital Storefront, once kickoff is complete we will work to have the storefront live and ready to capture leads within 14 days. Time we spend waiting on you, on a domain or host you control, or on a government agency does not count toward that window.
No attorney or CPA relationship
Sac Business Launch is a small-business consultancy. We are not attorneys, we are not a law firm, and we are not certified public accountants. Buying a package does not create an attorney-client relationship or an accountant-client relationship.
Administrative filing, a standard operating agreement filled in with your details, and timeline flags for California requirements are operational help. They are not a legal opinion, a tax opinion, or a substitute for advice from a lawyer or CPA who represents you.
You are responsible for deciding whether an LLC is right for you, for the California FTB franchise tax (generally ~$800/year), and for any other license, tax, or compliance duty that applies to your business. SB 122 may allow a $400 first year for qualifying entities for tax years starting in 2027 and before 2030 — that is not promised. Confirm the amount and any due date with your CPA and the FTB. We will flag items we think you should verify with your own counsel. That flag is not advice.
Fees, credits, and refunds
Official Launch is a one-time fee of $499. Digital Storefront is a one-time fee of $1,999. The Local Business Launch Audit is free. Payment is collected on this site through Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
The package price you pay us does not include the California FTB franchise tax (generally ~$800/year), other government charges beyond the SOS Articles of Organization filing fee (~$70) included in the packages above, or third-party costs. The Statement of Information (SOI) is client-owned and is not included. For Digital Storefront you pay your own domain registration and website hosting. Basic hosting is commonly about $20–$30 per month. We do not mark those costs up, and we do not require a monthly maintenance contract with us.
If you pay for Official Launch and later buy Digital Storefront, the $499 already paid is credited toward Digital Storefront so you are not charged twice for the same LLC filing work.
These are custom services. Once we have started work for you — for example after kickoff, after we prepare or submit a filing, or after we start your storefront — the fee for that package is earned. Amounts already paid to the State of California, the IRS, a domain registrar, a host, or another third party are not refundable by us.
If you need to cancel before that work has started, email billing@sacbusinesslaunch.com and we will review the request. This section does not limit any refund right that California law does not allow us to waive.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate contact details at checkout (name, email, and phone) and, when we ask, the business details a filing or storefront needs.
- Review names, addresses, and documents before we file them or publish them. Tell us promptly if something is wrong.
- Respond in a reasonable time during kickoff and while work is in progress. Delays on your side move our delivery dates.
- Keep access to the email, domain, hosting, Google, and other accounts we hand to you, and use them lawfully.
- Pay government taxes and fees that are not part of the package price, including the California franchise tax.
- Decide, with your own lawyer or CPA when you need one, how your business should be structured and operated.
Ownership of your business assets
You own your business. When a Digital Storefront launches, we hand you admin rights to the website, the domain, and the Google Business Profile. We do not hold those assets as a condition of future payment to us.
You keep ownership of content, marks, and materials you provide. We keep ownership of our site, our worksheets, our process, and our brand. A standard operating agreement we prepare for your LLC is for your use in that business. It is not a guarantee that the document fits every future situation.
Results we do not promise
A Digital Storefront is built to present a clear offer and capture leads. Rankings, leads, bookings, and revenue depend on your offer, your follow-up, and factors outside our work. We do not guarantee search rankings, a number of customers, or a revenue result.
The site, resources, and calls are provided for general information about launching a California business. They may not reflect a later change in law or a fact unique to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent California law allows, Sac Business Launch and its founder are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost customers, or lost data, arising out of the site or the services.
Our total liability for a claim about a package is limited to the amount you paid us for that package. We are not liable for the State of California’s processing times or filing decisions, for taxes you owe, or for how you run the business after handoff.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that California law does not allow us to limit, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any right you have that California law does not allow us to waive, the state and federal courts located in Sacramento County, California are the venue for disputes arising out of these terms or the services.
Before filing a claim, email info@sacbusinesslaunch.com with a short description of the issue and give us a reasonable chance to resolve it with you.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date. The version in effect when you pay applies to that purchase, except where the law requires a change or you agree to an update. If you keep using the site after we post a change, the updated terms apply to that later use.
If a section of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, together with the package description you purchased and the Privacy Policy, are the agreement between you andSac Business Launch about the site and the services.
