What you'll need
Google Calendar on a computer
A personal Google account or a Workspace account
The hours you actually want customers to book
A Google Meet link, a street address, or a phone number if the visit needs a place
1. Create the schedule
Use Calendar on a computer. The Android and iPhone Calendar apps cannot create the schedule. A personal Google account or a Workspace account can use the feature. Google says some pieces need an eligible Workspace or Google One subscription. Check Calendar Help for your account before you promise the booking page to customers.
Choose Create, then Appointment schedule. Set the length of the visit and the hours you are available. Choose Next, set up the booking page, and Save.
Eligible Workspace accounts get a booking page from weekday availability. Times you are already busy stay hidden.
2. Check the page before you share it
The default minimum lead time is 4 hours, so the page may show nothing for today right after you save. Open the link yourself and book a test slot, then cancel it.
The booking form requires a first name, a last name, and an email. You can turn on email verification to reduce spam.
Location can be Google Meet, in person, a phone call, or none. Payments are optional and require a Stripe connection. We are not listing fees. Skip payments until you have read Google's steps.
You can add up to 5 reminders. Google says you cannot edit the text of the reminder email.
3. Co-hosts
A co-host cannot add people from outside your domain. Google's default is not to check co-host calendars. Turn that on only if you want a co-host's busy time to block the page.
If the appointment should also show on your Google Business Profile, the booking button has its own rules. See the booking button guide.
Common mistakes
Sharing the page before you look at it. The 4-hour lead time surprises people.
Hours that include times you are on a job.
A payment button before Stripe is connected.
